What's New

Scope of Conference

The research on jets, wakes and separated flows is one of the most important and practical research subjects in the fluid mechanics. The objective of this conference is to explore the fundamental characteristics and related advanced applications of Jets, Wakes and Separated Flows by discussing matters not only in the academic fields, but also in the industrial and practical fields. This conference will also provide young researchers and students with the opportunities of self-development through their participation.

The conference covers, but not limited to, the following technical tracks (topics):

  1. Turbulent flow
  2. Multiphase flow
  3. Free-shear flow
  4. Reacting flow
  5. Bio-fluid mechanics
  6. Flow control
  7. Fluid machinery
  8. Aero-acoustics and Flow-induced vibration
  9. Microfluidics
  10. Vortex dynamics
  11. Wall shear flow
  12. General topics

The organizing committee of the 4th ICJWSF (ICJWSF2013) expects that the researchers, engineers, educationists, students exploring and studying in this field will gather from all over the world in order to present their recent topics, results, ideas, and techniques.
